Feedback without the back-and-forth
Fastbackr adds a small green feedback button to your website. Anyone reviewing it can click the exact element they mean — or drag a box around an area — and leave a comment that stays pinned right there.
The green feedback button in the bottom-right corner is the real Fastbackr. Open it, click anything on this page, and leave us a note.
How it works
01Point at it
A button, a sentence, a chart — click it, or drag a box around an area, and leave your note right there. Every comment stays pinned in place, so nobody has to guess which “blue button” you meant.
“The comment is already sitting on the thing itself. That’s the whole idea.”
— Everyone who’s ever written “see attached screenshot”
02Talk it through
Each comment shows as a numbered badge on the page. Your team replies in the thread, marks it Done when it’s fixed, and reopens it if it isn’t. The conversation never leaves the thing it’s about.
“Fixed the spacing — take a look?” “Looks right.” Done.
— A whole review, in one thread
03One shared inbox
A drawer on your site lists every thread, and the dashboard shows them all with the page each one is on, ready to read, reply to and mark done. Nothing buried in chat threads, nothing lost in screenshots.
